What you will do at NINE WEST:
- Manage and demonstrate sound leadership skills for staff retention, planning, recruiting, training and development.
- Share BRAND knowledge to optimize sales – drive sales excellence through coaching and training your teams. Support and create effective customer relations
- Ensure store meets or exceeds all merchandising and visual standards
- Control, plan and manage overall inventory effectiveness
- Reduce or eliminate loss through effective loss prevention
- Meet or exceed all sales targets and goals.
- Handle all other documentation, administrative needs related to store operations
What you bring to NINE WEST:
Your role will be to compliment our professional in-store atmosphere by meeting or exceeding sales targets and strategically managing all store operations. You have:
- 1 – 2 years retail store management and retail sales/operations experience (fashion – footwear, apparel or beauty retail background required)
- Superb communication skills
- A drive to achieve and meet goals
- Strong team building, influencing and motivational skills
