Jarlette Health Services requires a motivated and experienced individual to work out of our retirement lodge located in Midland. The individual will assume the responsibility and accountability for ensuring that the lodge fulfills the Jarlette Health Services corporate mandate of quality care, customer service and meet the overall philosophy and mission of the organization.

The successful candidate will:
· hold current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
· demonstrate excellent communication & interpersonal skills
· possess the ability to create long term planning strategies; have experience in administration and supervision and working knowledge of appropriate legislation
· have an empathy for the needs of the elderly
· be able to function smoothly and effectively amidst many distractions
· demonstrate an active interest in ongoing education
· ensure compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
· be computer literate
