Salary(s): OR1-4 $31,409.00 – $40,591.00 per year

Qualifications:
Must possess and maintain a valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s license with ability to upgrade to Class 3 with airbrake endorsement. Must be capable of performing physical labour (eg. concrete/asphalt repair, patching, grass cutting). Experience performing manual duties is required. Experience operating and maintaining heavy equipment (loaders, tandem axle trucks, grader) required. Roadway construction or maintenance experience is an asset. Knowledge of traffic operations and safety policies are assets. Must demonstrate interpersonal communication, decision making, and team player skills. Must have the ability to respond to work within 30 minutes of call.
Duties:
Performs physical labour related to asphalt repair, snow removal, brush cutting and flagging, and operates roadway maintenance equipment during summer and winter operations. May be required to work extended hours or be subject to early callout, work weekends, and work under adverse weather conditions.
