1. Resident Care Manager
The Resident Care Manager is accountable to the General Manager for the provision of optimum care services based on legislative and Specialty Care standards, policies and procedures. The Resident Care Manager must be an RPN in good standing, have leadership experience and proven customer service skills that will support the core values and employee guiding principles, ensure resident safety, and a have positive approach to building teams and partnerships with community health professionals.
