Do you have excellent health assessment and clinical skills? Are you currently registered with the CNO as a Nurse Practitioner - Primary Health Care? Then, consider this full-time, permanent position with the North Peel Family Health Team, which brings together four family doctors, a nurse practitioner, RNs, a social and mental health worker, a dietitian and a clinical pharmacist, as well as psychiatrist and support services, to provide comprehensive interdisciplinary primary care. Operating within your full scope of practice, you will work collaboratively in treating identified illnesses, promoting patient health and preventing disease.
