WILL DAVIDSON LLP is currently looking for a Receptionist with an Accounting background to join our office downtown. Responsibilities will include maintaining a multi-line Meridian phone system, managing daily mail, faxes and courier deliveries. Duties will also include preparation of monthly accounts, daily deposits and general administrative and accounting duties as required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative and accounting support;
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, GroupWise and general office equipment,
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Self starter, enthusiastic and a team player.
