As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the general office administration, reconciling accounts, generating reports, maintain records and reception duties. Additional responsibilities include providing support to our tenants, dealing with inquiries from the general public and duties assigned at the discretion of the property manager.
Ideally, you are a qualified professional and posses three to five years' experience in a people oriented, hands on business environment. You have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. You have strong systems capabilities and are proficient in MS Office Products.
