Accountant - Payroll

Reporting to the Chief Accountant, this position will perform hourly payroll duties requiring analysis, judgment and detailed knowledge of department procedures related to the work performed. This position will supply liaison with other departments and with employees relating to payroll functions.

The successful candidate will require successful completion of a business or accounting diploma with related experience with payroll systems. Certification in the Canadian Payroll Association Program would be an asset. This position also requires proficiency in computers, Windows and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are required.

The successful candidate may be required to undergo a background check. All safety sensitive positions require a substance test in accordance with PotashCorp policy.
