Reporting to the Corporate Comptroller, this position manages, monitors, and coordinates the corporate accounting and financial function of the Nunavut Housing Corporation in accordance with the applicable legislations and related policies, procedures, directives and regulations.  The incumbent assists in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures and ensures the ongoing smooth operation of the financial functions of NHC.  The incumbent is responsible to provide timely and accurate consolidated financial reports and necessary supporting working papers to Senior Management, the Government of Nunavut, the Federal Government departments, other jurisdictions, banks and other users. The incumbent is also responsible for managing all financial and computerized data processing functions and cash management including data entry, accounts payable and receivable, bank and GL reconciliations and various government reports.

Qualifications:
